About Me

The abstract process is an impromptu journey, laying textures of sand, tissue or plaster then stepping back to see “who” or “what” is released. The colors and marks kept simple so the viewer can connect through their own understanding. My work is not constrained by category. A painting prefers to reveal itself through the feel of chalk on my figures or the textures in my hands. A mood, a memory, an embrace – a storm of emotion set free.
