About Me

I'm a retired business man, but I was born with a blunt pencil and a Big Chief writing tablet in my hands. I drew through the first part of my life, and took up painting about 25 years ago. I've been painting seriously since retirement in 2001. For now, my mission is to paint free portraits for parents of men and women killed in the Iraq/Afghan wars. My political position is that freedom isn't free. It is always paid for with someone elses blood. A free painting doesn't pay for it, either... more
