Henry Rizd Haddad did not formally study art in school, but concentrated on geology and physics. But his first love was always painting, and in 1997 he left his position as a geophysicist with an oil company in Colombia to pursue art full time.Haddad’s work is inspired by the beautiful and unique scenery of South America (Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Argentina), particularly the small villages and countryside. I have a secret desire to paint watercolour city scapes, but can''t seem to get the time....still busy doing oil landscapes! Do you work from your own photos? So sorry I do not speak Spanish.
