About Me
Josuel Mandarino was born in Cuba in 1954 .He has been painting since 1979.Resides in Uruguay. He has participated in independent and group shows in this country and he’s been specializing in Oil and Acrylic paintings, both of different sizes. He sells his work in Montevideo downtown every weekend.
