About Me
I'm a California plein air painter and an impressionist with a contemporary touch. Although I primarily paint landscapes and seascapes I also enjoy still life, portrait and figurative work.
I'm a member of the California Art Club and National Watercolor Society, and a juried member of Watercolor West.
In oil, one of my major influences has been the American tonalist/impressionist George Inness. In watercolor, I admire the California scene painters.
