I use the ‘Old Masters’ and my own life’s experiences as my source of inspiration. I strive to portray ordinary objects with a touch of elegance and provocative interplays of light. My paintings tend to reflect a combination of classical table top still lifes, layered symbolism and a touch of subtle wit.
