All through out my life drawing and painting has been a constant practice to keep me grounded and connected to the incredible beauty of nature that surrounds us. I illustrated my first "book" of animal pictures in elementary school that caught my teachers attention. In junior high my 6th grade art teacher Louis Penfield , took me under his wing, seeing my unusual concentration in his class.
