Welcome to my Brush Space, my name is Mary Victoria Smiley, but I have been "Torrie" my entire life and now sign and certify my work by just the one name.
I started painting in 2001 and I am having the time of my life. My greatest sense of accomplishment is when I can get the painting that is in my head on canvas. My biggest fear.....a plain white canvas with no paintings in my head. A good day is when there is more paint on the canvas than on me....
