Thanks Wes... and you are right...I''ve had a fun ride : ) Nope - not to China. My wife and I were in a Chinese gift store in Amsterdam. The guy behind the register had one of the shirts on. I thought it looked wild. He said they sold them - but - were out. I went back again the next year and bought a brown one and a blue one - very comfortable.

Wes, thank you for the compliment on one of my recent paintings. I love your watercolors and having painted in w/c''s for years I know how difficult they are to get them to always perform the way we would like them to. Beautiful control and colors!

Thanks Corinne for the kind comments. I can''t wait to get back up to Maine for a fishing trip and visit to Acadia. There is no place like ME for us landscape folks!

As an art critic, I am following Wes Waugh''s evolution as an artist with great anticipation. He knows how to draw the viewer into the picture in ways that are compelling and mesmerizing. He has a great future as a water colorist.

Hi, Wes! I love your work. The Hong Kong harbour is wonderful! My husband and I have half our kids in Boone, so I was up three times last week. I go to Cheap Joe''s whenever I can make up some excuse to buy more art supplies. I am working one up right now.(It''s an addiction...) I''ve likely seen you around Boone. My daughter Jossie is an assistant mgr at Jersey Mikes so if you go there, she''s the cute, bossy one. I don''t know Noyes personally, but have read about him. We both write in our paintings, love to write stories and have big families. I like his perspectives and his work is very interesting. Thanks for complement.
