About Me

I am a Commercial artist and part-time painter. I just started painting in oils about 3 years ago with the grisaille technique but quickly discovered I do not have the patience to do all the glazing required. I searched for months and found a great direct painting technique that allows me to accomplish those slight variations in shadow that I loved with glazing...The Carder Method.
