I grew up in Queens, New York and began studying art at the High School of Art & Design in Manhattan. While attending Pratt Institute, I studied with Milton Glazer at The School of Visual Arts and with Mario Cooper at The Arts Student League, both in Manhattan. As my first job out of college, I worked as an assistant cameraman for the Jenkins/Covington film studio on commercials for companies including Coke, Mercedes, Warner Bros., and TWA. Hi Lou, My paintings are mostly about Southwest Florida near Sanibel Island and Captiva. Several of my paintings were about "Cayo Costa" one of the last uninhabited barrier islands on the west coast~thanks for taking a look at my work.
